Outlook Express v5.0
The following steps will walk you through setting up your e-mail account using Outlook Express. If you experience problems or have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

  1. Open Outlook Express, either through the icon on your desktop or through the Start Menu.

  2. Select Tools and go to Accounts.

  3. Click on Add -> Choose Mail...

  4. Enter the name you want to display when sending an Email in the Display name: field. For example: John Smith.

  5. Click Next >

  6. In the next window enter in your Email address:. Your Email is your login followed by For example: If your login was john, your email would be

  7. Click Next >

  8. Choose POP3 as the incoming mail server type. Specify as the Incoming mail (POP3, IMAP or HTTP) server:. Specify as the Outgoing mail (SMTP) server:.

  9. Click Next >

  10. Enter in your login and password

  11. Click Next >

  12. Click Finish

  13. Click Close to close the Internet Accounts window.

  14. Repeat for any additional Emails you may have

  15. You're Finished!!! Click on the Send and Receive button (while connected to the Internet) to send any queued messages and retrieve new messages.
